Great pay, excellent benefits, awesome hours, people focused, good commission program, middle management cares, well maintained equipment

Customer areas need modernized, staff bathrooms and break areas need updated, not alot to complain about

Worst Job of my career, Auto Tech.

Some good co workers. Difficult to find very many good points.

Cons

Horrible pay structure, 80% of a Tech's time spent on oil changes and tire changes. the labor bonus is not actual book time for most of the work. Management outright lied to me on soo many issues. Manager swore and yelled at employees some times in view and within hearing of customers. 10 hour days with a half hour lunch break, and no lunch breaks on Saturdays.
