2 wks vacation (5yr employee), personal days accrue at a rate of 1/2 day per month (up to 6 per yr), 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays. Acceptable benefits, this will differ depending which store you work at since Midas is a franchise company (with corporate support)
Cons
Depending who you work for may not receive paid sick or personal days. Working on your own vehicle can be challenging. No short/long term disability offered (again may differ store to store)
