Hours, Good Sales Experience, Good Area, Low Stress, Area for growth, Great work life balance, great coworkers and awesome/loyal customers.

Cons

Multiple Pay Discrepancies, Poor Ownership, Goal for Bonuses was ever moving and rarely attainable, the owner didn't use the ROwriters sales percentages for pay and bonuses.

Management was professional, but spoke to me realistically, didn't appear to beat around the bush, steady supply of work, always busy.

Cons

Management started lying about when I was supposed to get my 30 day review and a raise, left after 60 days of being promised a 30 day review and a raise. Management began making mountains out of mole hills. My child support was being deducted from my paycheck, but wasn't being distributed to child support. Was forced to buy cleaning products to keep the shop clean out of my own pocket.
