Corporate seems like they don't care about you. Culture change when our franchise got bought out. Also expect to work long hours and stay late each day.

Cons

Worked far too many hours for not enough money. +/-65 hours per week for $35,000 - $40,000 per year. No management support. Employees are treated like slaves/enemies.
