Pros

Good pick for the 1st or 2nd IT job. Good atmosphere, Wfh. up to choice No chrunch, No overhours, Very good work life balance. In general there is no feeling of pressure in >85% of work.

Cons

The promotion path is very unclear and the sallary is not growing accordingly to the gained knowledge and duties
