Training is a bit lacking

Hi there, thank you for this feedback and we have heard you about the training. Did you know that MicroStrategy was recently named Lynda.com’s #1 most engaged customer. This journey started with our engagement survey results last year where there was a strong sentiment that we are not doing enough to develop our employees. We reached out and developed a partnership and strategy with Lynda.com to provide options for employee development that we quite frankly could not have provided if left to our own devises.
Lynda.com is not enough and this year we are refreshing our technical training, have started Employee Jump Start programs, and will be looking into more ways to bring critical knowledge to our employees. We are committed to professional development and will continue our journey – and hope you and your colleagues benefit greatly from it.
Very smart people working at the company. Well-known company name looks good on a resume, and if you network well while you're there then you'll end up with contacts in all sorts of companies for a later job search.
Cons
Things change ever 6-18 months. Titles change, people get fired or leave, the goalposts are always moving. And now that all of their institutional knowledge people have left, no one knows how anything works anymore.
