      Pros

      - Fantastic location next to the mall - Unique company culture of intelligent and interesting people - Solid leadership within my department - Nice niche product - Interesting customers - Free beer and cold brew coffee - Free food every day - 24/7 Gym with classes and personal training sessions - Up to date company when it comes to technology and methodologies - Fantastic work life balance - Company events

      Cons

      - Have heard of some sections of the company that do have poor management - Some aspects of the culture can lead to a bit of a laid back attitude towards work - Company revenue has been stagnant for years - Product has some growth but doesn’t show signs of dominating the industry - Product has some extremely dated components that are finicky and rarely used - Compensation is fairly average to below average
