      Competitive pay, Free lunch ( but its 5 day WFO so who cares)

      Cons

      No real concept of culture, Extreme favoritism. The Indian management actually PRESSURED new joiners to provide a positive review on glassdoor (I know because I was there at the office) PS- You cannot call people to cabin and ask them to write positive reviews thinking they wont tell others

      Good pay,nice place to start a career, hybrid work

      Cons

      Constantly working overtime and they expect it from you,manager texts employees in the weekend to open their laptop and work for urgent matters and there is no compensation,some of the KPI goals are performed in the weekend to for some teams, like its normal

      Too over worked. Work life balance is decent not the best, due to the work load. It’s too difficult to end the day in 9hours
