      A good company for a new hire

      Pros

      competitive, fast growing, international, great training for new hire. Can learn a lot from your workmate; a good workplace; not too busy.

      Cons

      not have very large size of the company and thus not too much oppurtunity currently. But have a great perspective.

      Solid product suite but that's where it ends...

      Pros

      Excellent product which is technically sound and extremely robust. Pretty solid benefits Product sells into a fairly high-demand market

      Cons

      MicroStrategy is not the leader in the space. They are normally not the incumbent meaning that in a sales position, you are responsible for unseating the major incumbent which is ridiculously challenging and lacks a solid business case for a return on investment. The company is very poorly run with a very top-down management style. For a sales role, I would never consider going there again. There is more, but that is the bottom line.

      Pros

      Good balance work life, nobody watches your time too much above average compensation, good medical benefits, flexible hours to a certain extent.

      Cons

      Too much internal politicking, lack of transparency in how things are done, poor communication from the top and too many processes. Structure is modular so unless everybody gets their act together, it's hard to get things done
