Pros

The people at the company are great to work with. Very smart, talented and all around professional. I had a great supervisor and learned a lot. Good work life balance. We have all been working remotely since Covid hit in March 2020. We have been given extra time off to allow for flexibility with childcare, sickness, etc. We have also been given the option to purchase stock recently.

Cons

Management is temperamental. The Bitcoin thing is strange and has employees concerned that the company is not primarily focusing on its core product.

Pros

Excellent product which is technically sound and extremely robust. Pretty solid benefits Product sells into a fairly high-demand market

Cons

MicroStrategy is not the leader in the space. They are normally not the incumbent meaning that in a sales position, you are responsible for unseating the major incumbent which is ridiculously challenging and lacks a solid business case for a return on investment. The company is very poorly run with a very top-down management style. For a sales role, I would never consider going there again. There is more, but that is the bottom line.
