      Pros

      Great benefits and a very nice new building, with a generally relaxed working atmosphere

      Cons

      The area is a bit of a nightmare, especially around Christmas (right next to one of the busiest malls in the DC area)

      Good life work balance. People are doing real hard work. International cultural environment

      Cons

      Traditional engineering thinking patterns and dated business strategy. Lack of innovation. Mid level leaders have no vision. Hierarchical organiapzation and slow decision making. Below average pay

      Pros

      - For the most part, nice helpful people - Solid product and technology - Good place to start a career in BI or BIGDATA

      Cons

      - Very low glass ceiling - Performance is only rewarded with additional responsibilities - not extra pay and promotion - Sales Engineering Management is a complete and utter joke. - People who rise up through the ranks internally are often royally screwed, as their payrate is nowhere close to those with similar titles/responsibilities who come in from the outside - Ventures into areas with questionable short or long term financial return *cough* *social media* *cough* eat up expenses to the point where many people had to be laid off
