      Pros

      Great product. Genuinely class leading enterprise solution which is bought by large organisations and it is satisfying to be able to deliver good solutions rather than just any solution

      Cons

      Re-organisations are constant and this can have negative effects on the company. Moving teams / people around, dealing with new products and strategies can sometimes affect what I do negatively.

      Pros

      Great product and very capable people. The company is in a great position to succeed in the BI, cloud and mobile market. Good benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      The company has too many sillos and it's hard to see how any of the company offerings/ departments work together. You can see that they are investing heavily in the competitive space of cloud offering and mobile but they are behind on strategy and leadership. Too much turn over of great people and some over head spending is very dot com-ish. To an outsider coming in, that is not a good sign, ever!
