Overall a great experiance, but wasn't a long term fit

Pros

Excellent training through the required bootcamp. Gives you the experiance with the product needed to be successful on client projects. My direct managers and most other consultants I worked with were good.

Cons

Travel can be too much unless you live in a city where major account(s) are located. Quarterly professional development goals in addition to client work can be overwhelming. These too items together make for poor work life balance.

MicroStrategy has always had a vibrant young professional culture which is highly contagious. It is great to be part of a company that is a leader in the BI field

Cons

At certain points in time there has been a lot of changes in the chain of command and such changes have had a great impact on the day to day work experience
