      Upper management destroyed it all

      Wonderful coworkers and interesting projects

      Upper management asks us to take part in quarterly surveys where they ask us how we feel and how to make things better, only to turn around and do the complete opposite. They are now asking us to work more for the same amount of pay, and want us to basically live in the office. Upper management holds meetings where they ask us to be honest and share feedback, but open with “but these changes are mandatory and I love it, but what do you think?” So it completely discourages any sort of honest conversation. Not to mention, the CEO will just tell us to quit if we don’t like it.

      Pros

      MicroStrategy (Strategy) is the best place if feeling challenged with your expertise motivates you. This is the place where your learning curve will never dip and every effort you make is rewarded and acknowledged. In my 2 years and 8 months of duration, I got promoted too and salary is well compensated.

      Incompetencies are not celebrated. It's not a Cons honestly.
