There is Big Race and Culture issue at the Dubai office as Some senior Arabic Speakers and French Expats constantly get into Ego fights and everything becomes a mess as Everybody is giving a chain of Instructions and the poor Nationalities like Philipinos,Africans and Indians working at Lower Field based positions suffer extreme insults and mental frustration . They French Expats are highly paid and have great facilities However the Other nationalities dont enjoy the same benefits and job Security .they work for almost 1/4th of the expat salary and job pressure is very high You can notice many times Remarks passed by HR on Other religions and Cultures etc.Which is very not acceptable for a MNC like Michelin .
