Stable company. Good people. Never have to worry about having a job. Strong supporters of the communities and United Way. Very innovative. Very safety oriented.

Cons

Extremely slow advancement. Pay could be better. Work to home life balance can be unfavorable at times.

Michelin develops people through their job, offers good career opportunities, and trainings to fit your position. There is also a nice culture of management.

Cons

Michelin pays at 75% of the market level (at least where I am in Romania), so do not expect a big salary
