I have great co-workers, this is literally the only thing I enjoy about my job here.

Cons

Was a great place to work until a few month ago, management got extremely strict and unreasonable.

Easy to get in, very easy tasks, such as handling a cash register, selling lottery, customer service, bagging groceries, cleaning.

Cons

Extremely repetitive and over all boring work atmosphere. Lack of motivation due to such easy tasks and unqualified people being your bosses. Just a student job, nothing more.

Pros

Overall I enjoyed my time and experience here. Work life balance and culture was pretty good. The people were great to work with. Although the grocery retail market maybe challenging, Metro has done a good job to keep up with the competition.

Cons

Advancement can be limited, but it's mostly due to the fact that they run a lean operation.
