Pros

Payment were always punctual, work is hard but not unreasonable, you get double airmiles on your purchases (not a big deal for me, but still...)

Cons

Management is crazy, unorganized and bossy. No benefit at all, not even a discount on purchases. Minimum wage. I've witnessed LOTS of food wasting and... laissez-fair on health and safety procedures.

The work that had to be done was easy and did not require a lot of thinking. Most customers and co workers were very nice

Cons

Working on a part time basis meant working alone which could get boring, the work was also very repetitive. Customers sometimes get upset.

it was a nice environment. the people were friendly. they gave us prizes for doing well. good atmosphere.

Cons

regular call center cons. people can be rude on the phones. lots of sitting all day. not the companys fault though
