Pros

PTO, WFH, and cafeteria. nothing more

Cons

old redundant systems too many systems to process a claim. horrible management. you will have to really push your way up the ladder or to another position. They will hold you back if you're a great worker. the pay is a slap in the face when there are case manager at other companies starting at least at 60k. lots of cases to manage with very little support.

Pros

For a long time everything was good. Work life balance raises ect

Cons

They like to roll our products before they are done. We are over worked. They like to eliminate jobs and put those items on people making less money. They offered full time remote to some but not all.
