Pros

state of the art facilities, lots of new transplants, opportunities for community events, nice location in ballantyne

Cons

no path to promotion on the sales desk, very low morale, promises were not kept, i havent had a one one one in more than 6 months, i get the impression they want younger people on the desk who will be happy with the low salary, stay away if you are over 30 unless you are changing careers you will resent some of your peers otherwise

Pros

I was hired with the understanding that this company put "people first". Initially, the training was excellent and the salary package for a FSR during the first few years of employment good.

Cons

This company fired me while I was acting as the sole caregiver for my mother, who passed away from COPD. I requested FMLA time, as mom had suffered a heart attack, and the next day, a FedEx truck arrived with a termination letter. Do not consider this company as a career, for it will leave you, as it left everyone in our district, disappointed.
