Pros

Location for commute is great

Cons

Silo driven mentality that stifles free thought and transparency; everything is a slide deck. Too much time with decks and presentations. My AVP asked for bits and pieces of info, then repackages it all with a consultant type storyline and then sells it like it's his idea and work. No respect.

Work Environment is Toxic

Pros

Good pay and bonus structure-

Cons

Open landscape seating, minimal flexibility for telecommuting or inconsistent practices. Business etiquette is non-existent. Unprofessional environment. Absolutely no strategic direction or the willingness of executives to make decisions. Poor upper management focus and direction. The company is very silo'd.

Pros

Great employees at bottom half of population. Opportunity to meet amazing and talented people.

Cons

They won't protect you. If a manager has it out for you, you don't have a chance. Can be here for decades and be given two weeks notice to pack your bags.
