Pros

They pay decent & they hire all walks of life that's the only pros.

Cons

I still can't understand how they won the bank of america account. Let me start with if you want to work for a company you love and grow in this company isn't the one!! If you want a paycheck it's a good job. Don't listen to nobody lies management needs to really do some personality class and management workshops. Trainers set you up for failure. They only know how to teach one way and they complain more than how they teach to the point where you get distracted. Now upper management is so petty to the point where it's disgusting to the core. Bank of America now you see why the customer service is so terrible.

Pros

Good work computers, good benefits, above average cafeteria food,

Cons

Employee performance is rated on a normal distribution instead of an individual basis, crippling bureaucracy stands in the way of any innovation, lots of incompetent people make their careers here because it is almost impossible to fire anyone, the "start-up culture" touted during my interviews is non-existent

Pros

Great benefits initially. There were some great development opportunities and some great managers. Also some interesting work and meaningful responsibilities. I had coworkers who had happily been there for up to 30 years.

Cons

There were some not so great managers who would undermine others. Upper and middle management extremely stressed out and acting out due to the pressures, this was right before most of the Northeast was canned or "invited" to relocate to North Carolina with no relocation expenses paid and a lower salary. It made for a very unpleasant environment.
