Pros

People count is a core value and it is taken seriously. Many employees have worked together for long periods so your reputation goes a long way towards getting things done.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are limited. Long Island City is a growing but inconvenient location and pretty terrible still on the outside. This is offset by flexible work arrangements. Some management still needs to change.

Pros

There is flexibility in work schedule. There are opportunities for a lot of interactions with clients. The sales offices are usually in high-end office complexes.

Cons

Compensation after the first 5 months of service is solely commission based meaning that starting out you must continually write new business at a very high rate in order to make enough money to live on.
