      Pros

      Decent pay and benefit package, great location, good company name. You get to meet some really smart people.

      Cons

      Poor communication. The management thinks it's the subordinates' responsibility to make sure that they are in the loop of the decisions the management has made.

      Pros

      Great health insurance options, discounts on auto and home insurance, organizational incompetence that created entertaining stories to tell family members

      Cons

      Total and complete disorganization, lack of enforced processes and procedures, no accountability, very poor marketing and customer service, employees who killed other mortgage companies (like Countrywide) and were seemingly determined to bring the same sub-par level of service to MetLife
