      Not a bad company to work for. Nice perks, decent salary. Lots of opportunity to learn and gain more experience. Great place to work if you like to travel for business

      Cons

      lack of direction from management. At the mercy of head office in France, very little push back to head office.

      The employees are very much into aerostructures and landing gears. Gloucestershire is also not a bad part of the country to work

      Cons

      Sometimes you get the feeling the company is directionless or management is either very busy or absent.. Comp is not very high. Apart from that it is a great place to work and develop your technical skills
