      Not a bad company to work for. Nice perks, decent salary. Lots of opportunity to learn and gain more experience. Great place to work if you like to travel for business

      lack of direction from management. At the mercy of head office in France, very little push back to head office.

      Pros

      Money but oh man the production is crazy and feeling short staff almost every other day. It's a good job if you didn't go to school.

      Cons

      Production is unpredictable and turnover high because workloads are high.
