      Many political positions without to much to do. Black Labels in Mexico without understanding the process trying to apply experience from other industries not in common with the aerospace.

      Not a bad company to work for. Nice perks, decent salary. Lots of opportunity to learn and gain more experience. Great place to work if you like to travel for business

      Cons

      lack of direction from management. At the mercy of head office in France, very little push back to head office.
