      Poor communication between upper and middle management. Management plays favorites. Not enough help. No training for situations they put you in.

      Friendly environment, welcoming environment with great perks. The residents are wonderful and the team members are kind and thoughtful. A group of experienced professionals all working together to serve residents

      None that I can think of at the time- no place is perfect, but there is no outstanding flaw or drawback to working here that I can think of
