      Pros

      Friendly colleagues and wonderful residents. Meaningful work, peaceful environment, great benefits. Feel like you make a difference. Good benefits and helpful HR team.

      Cons

      Not too many. Every job has downsides but ML has been around for 120 years! They do great work. Even during construction they have a volunteer shuttle to take employees around campus. Over and above!

      No pros for messiah lifeways

      Cons

      Terrible administration and social services. They pretend like they care but when no one's looking they lie, don't work and no Christian values. Do not put your family there.
