      Residents and co-workers were the best!

      Cons

      For being a "Christian" facility, feel management did not show. On a day to day basis, didn't know where you stood.

      Pros

      Messiah Lifeways is a great organization to work for! My experience is that motivated employees are given challenging work and the tools to grow professionally. It feels great to be employed by an organization whose mission I believe in and whose standards of service are high.

      Cons

      The working environment at Messiah Lifeways is healthy and team work encouraged. I do not have cons to report.

      I am a full time at Messiah Lifeways. I am grateful for the opportunities they have given me to grow within the company.
