Good place to figure out where you want to go in your career

Pros

People are friendly, work-life balance is good, plenty of opportunity to try different things. It's pretty easy to move around locations and try different roles within the country. I've probably done every discipline of engineering so far from mechanical/maintenance, chemical/process, electrical/systems, project, software. Job security is pretty good as its big pharma and medicine in inelastic.

Cons

Progression can be slow unless you switch roles often. HR tends to low ball.
