Pros
The people are the most important factor all; the location was great, benefits are very good since it is a drug company; the hours were reasonable most of the time; vacation time is good; medicial and dental good; it is not quite what people say it used to be but still overalll a pretty decent work atmosphere to be in; pension isn't bad either
Cons
cost cutting measures; layoffs; management isn't always so perfect; declining benefits from years past; high turnover in certain areas; low morale; people are always talking about how it used to be better than it is now
