Bonus, good benefits, 4 weeks of vacations, work/life balance good. Hybrid position. Depending on the team/position, you may be asked to come in 1 day or 3 days per week.

Cons

Hard to move up due to the corporate structure and how big the team is. Even though performance is taken into consideration, your actual time in the position will be taken into account (as opposed to smaller companies where only performance is usually the only criteria for promotion). Line managers are not very useful other than providing HR/moral support.
