Current leadership is clueless and doesn’t manage escalations, they are good at blaming individuals. Entire leadership is sham Egoistic and very biased leadership is visible from top most management in SBS Letting go all good and capable managers across many functions People who are good at buttering get promotions and senior leadership roles- such a pathetic culture Non value added projects are highlighted and rewarded every time and all the time. Eg :so called RPA in SBS

Flextime; Friendships with other employees; There are no incentives to work harder

Cons

Unorganized; There's no mobility within the company if you don't have a PhD; Terrible communication; The health care insurance is subpar; Work life balance is terrible. Salaries do not reflect the amount of work that employees do or the stress that builds up.
