Highly matrixed organization creates a need for strong network development to learn how to efficiently drive the business. It is quite possible, it just takes some time to learn the ropes.

Glasgow BioReliance is Toxic and Bulling is rife.

Merck parent company. Seems to treat staff well.

Cons

The local BioReliance site is soo toxic it is unreal. Bullying is rife and the legacy management are too blame. It is impossible to move things forward due to the backward thinking staff. Pay is not competitive even tho company brags about its double digit growth. BioRelaince treats the staff as second class citizens and fails to follow corporate guidance. New buildings are done on the cheap again not to the Merck standard.
