      Pros

      nice atmosphere, good sense of community onsite. It really does feel like one big team rather than an us/them attitude

      Cons

      one or two bad managers, couple that with a lot of the HR policies containing "at your managers discression" mean that there is a lot of unfariness across the larger quality team.

      The name of the company.

      Cons

      More senior people than you and upper managers are rude and disrespectful. Merck is not going well and managers try to blame the less senior employees for their performance. You feel like you'll get fired every day.
