      Pros

      Friendly staff, lots of overtime if you are available to do it. There's not much else I can say really

      Cons

      Too much work, not enough people. They rely on people doing overtime to manage workload. Completely inflexible for people with families (unless your pally with management). Very high staff turnover

      If you want a chilled job, mercer provides a lot of flexibility. You can work from home as long as you have a valid reason

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted and raised. Mercer has a high turnover rate and they seems not to want to keep people staying
