      Poor management No direction or career development Low pay No culture (manager brought in an external consultant to help her 'build a better team culture)

      Too much emphasis on acquisitions

      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home - especially rorted by some.

      Cons

      Inefficient work output despite having large workforce. No deadlines are ever met. Old style methods of management - Mercer are seriously behind the times. Deadwood staff sucking up to cliquey management level and toxic work culture.
