Pros

Good number of holidays off and great benefits.

Cons

Management was either clueless or had blinders on as to how AAs were treated in some departments.

Pros

Nice building and some nice people

Cons

Slow moving, highly bureaucratic, won't make any changes until something goes wrong, care only about their shareholders and actively try to rip off their members. Depressing weird vibe. No flexibility with work - considered "not working" if WFH. Management don't walk the talk.

Pros

- Opportunities to advance your career if you advocate for yourself - Great team to work with on day-to-day projects - Some work life flexibility with the ability to work remotely, if desired - Ability to interact with clients daily if you’re in a consulting role & travel as needed (but not a lot)

Cons

- There’s been a lot of turnover lately for certain groups so the culture has taken a hit. It would be nice for the company to really invest back in the culture and work environment to retain their employees and reduce the stress for people who have take on more work to fill in the gap. - Work life balance sometimes doesn’t exist. - It can be quite political at times - especially with regard to promotions and career progression. - Onboarding and training could be a lot better - some are thrown into the fire until they learn how to succeed.
