      Great people but tough environment

      People are very friendly and helpful, they are what makes the company great

      Cons

      Don’t seem to respect people who have been there a long time. Driving change which should be good as it’s needed however those making the decisions aren’t informed. Bullying culture by management

      Loop holes in system

      Nothing , that I could appreciate. Disappointed

      Cons

      The organisation has loop holes , people can play around easily . The documents verification system is corrupt and also the sexual harassment complaint I filed never got addressed , in fact the management tried to further harass me on that . What a shame .. shame shame shame . Even here there is no option of putting 2015 as year at employer, hence forcefitting 2020.
