Pros

You will meet some great people who may not work in your local office.

Cons

Despite the company's stated commitment to being 'people first,' there appears to be a disconnect between messaging and actual practices. Career advancement opportunities seem limited and might depend heavily on informal social networks rather than merit-based performance. Observed lack of diversity in leadership positions and limited upward mobility for minorities. Verbal commitments and promises for growth/advancement were not followed through with concrete actions. Project staffing process could benefit from more structure and oversight. Disconnect between sales and delivery teams can impact workflow consistency. Resource management and workload distribution needs improvement Communication gaps between management and project teams. Accountability structure may benefit from clearer alignment between sales and delivery expectations.

Pros

- the Office location at Docklands, amazing and close to Southern Cross Station/tram access. - there are some really lovely people who work at this office

Cons

-Poor onboarding dependent on the facilitator, mostly rushed - no learning/development time - lack of SME’s - awful pay structure, where super is deducted from your wages not additional. So your salary is extremely low for the effort and work quality you provide. - no recognition for change - not wanting to listen to their staff who are the first contact for our members/clients - no recognition for empathetic servicing particularly considering we converse with many people who are struggling, terminally ill. - no training for Diversity, Domestic violence or aggressive behavior management - lack of IT Support, where you must install programmes and get yourself access to. And if you cannot access you are accused of being stupid and not following instructions properly. - detrimental to your mental health - favortism
