Benefits were awesome. There is a pretty pond across the street.... Literally all I have..

Cons

I worked here many years and at first it was great. Mismanagement DESTROYED a once vibrant place that had potential. They don't have any values, they don't care about their employees or clients, awful pay, no potential for advancement, mismanagement of talent, horrible, outdated software the constantly errors. They are all smoke and mirrors now. Would not recommend to clients or those seeking employment.

Cons

Extremely poorly managed IT department. So called management is extremely juvenile and waiting for a chance to back stab new employees instead of lending a hand. No support from management to do your job. When faced with tough decisions, they back off and lay off.

Exposure to global clients and projects, opportunities to learn about the business through online training and colleagues

Cons

The management is arrogant and directionless and the company culture is that of a typical consultancy: talking big and impressing people around you. There is absolutely no incentive to share work amongst colleagues as bonuses are based on individual and department performance, so cross-line of business work is discouraged by managers.
