Pros

decent benefits, you have a half day prior to holidays, experience working in global firm, they will pay for your dinner and cab home if work late, can work from home if need though for young people, it can be frowned upon - totally dependent on your group

Cons

the pay sucks. not a good worklife balance particularly considering how poorly you are compensated. very bureaucratic, not good at promoting/retaining talent.

Cons

Management is awful. Company is run on favoritism not merit. HR thinks it is funny to excuse sorry state by saying the cobbler's children has no shoes.
