Great people-You're working with highly intelligent, ambitious, genuinely nice people! Work/Life Balance-As long as you meet deadlines, work hours are flexible. Supportive lower-level management

Cons

Senior Level Management-Drastic decisions and lack of good communication. One minute, they are spending tons of money on needless luxuries and then cutting entire offices the next minute.

The location offers multiple avenues of advancement. In addition, management will work with you it creating job paths that are not already available.

Cons

Pay... Hopefully that will change when the economy improves. Although I have heard from other employees that the pay doesn't ever get much better.
