      Not bad, but not as good as it used to be

      Pros

      You can change to a new job or new location without having to change employers since there are locations worldwide and many different jobs and they would rather keep you with the firm than lose you to the competition.

      Cons

      Culture is more focused on cutting costs and less on keeping people happy and doing a great job for the clients than it used to be -- we still joke about the MMC CEO's speech about losing less expensive pens -- if our time is worth $200+ per hour to the client, why are we wasting our time begging for pens and figuring out on our own or asking consulting colleagues how to fix our technology problems because the IT support is useless?

      1. Good people who usually want to interact with their coworkers to take their minds off the boring work they are doing 2. Very diverse work place 3. Top clients

      Cons

      1. Mundane work; be prepared to do the same thing over and over again 2. Knowledge silo amongst practices, you have to make an effort to meet or work with people from other LOBs

      Pros

      Global company with opportunity for transfer. Nice offices and work area, but the bad outways the good, unfortunately, in terms of pay, benefits, and advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      Old school management style that doesn't offer any flexibility or work-life balance. Long hours, with a decrease in benefits becoming the norm.
