      Pros

      If you are with the right team, you will learn a lot. The Human Capital business has a tremendous amount of potential, if they can execute and stick with a plan.

      Cons

      Human Capital business in in flux with little direction. Most principals only look only at their slice of the pie. Its very hard to get a cross-disciplinary team to work

      Exposure to many different clients accross many industries. Those early in their career learn technical skills that other companies and business schools are looking for.

      Cons

      Career development is not a priority. No much by the way of developmental opportunities. Pay is greatly differentiated. Work life balance is poor.

      ability to move up moral of the company communication between departments, managers, supervisors flex time no micro management benefits management keeps us well informed of changes with the company/ great follow through for what they say is going to be done.

      Cons

      cost of benefits going up for 2010 did not get a raise for 2009 cut backs in the workplace to help with rising costs
