Pros

Great for the resume and will give you a leg up when applying to other firms. Good employee stock savings program once you reach the 2 year mark...if you make it. Despite the negatives there are some good, genuine, talented people that do work for the firm.

Cons

Certain departments do not base promotions and rewards on merit, but rather popularity with the big guns. Expect a churn and burn job for a low price if you're anything below a Senior Associate.

Cons

Worked so many hours, under a lot of pressure with little or no staff. Some good people, some not so good.

Management needs to get rid of poor performers and employees with bad / negative attitudes; compensation is not competitive; need to pay talent based on performance and not tenure
