name brand recognition generally good work life balance - but travel can be an issue for some easy to learn about a wide range of subjects

Cons

very weak senior team not a thought leader - more of a thought reproducer no talent development - senior professionals focused on own careers and don't get rewarded for focusing on people outdated technology extremely redundant and tedious work at all levels manager research is a dead end and the leaders of the group from Europe are out of touch and uninspiring consultancy lacks innovation and generally just overwhelms clients with information not thought leadership

Takes good care of its people, great relationships, good work/life balance, promotes healthy lifestyle, good feedback system, excellent peer review system and teamwork.

Cons

Work can be a little monotonous, due to being such a large company can be uncertain as to what role you really play in the big picture.
