      The resources are unending. Lots of smart consultants and opportunities to learn. The Washington Resource Group is unique and they are always up to speed. If you don't have the answer there is always someone within the office or organization to assist. Specialty practices offer opportunity to focus and gain a specific expertise. Generalists are valued. Organization supports individuals looking to take on responsitibility and develop intellectual capital.

      Compensation could be much better and keep pace with the market.
