JOB SECURITY but Lots of politics and favouritism in this company

Cons

Managers show favoritism. No value for sincere work.Only people who can oil the managers gets all the benefits.The salary is not tagged with the level you are at meaning it doesn't matter at what level you are in the company. It can vary from deep down in a pit to the limits of sky at the same level.

Benefits and overall compensation. Solid name brand in the industry.

Cons

senior management........they are very silo'ed and make decisions based on short term performance. The company is very concerned with diversity and go about it the wrong way by promoting people into jobs due to ethnicity alone with no experience or skills to back up those moves.

Pros

There's a good work life balance at Mercer. I have the ability to work from home when I want which is very nice.

Cons

Depending upon your manager, you will have a good or bad experience here. The overall corporate culture is ok but nothing that i would be proud of. The new hire orientation process is horrid.
